🚚 Salem’s Witch Glass — Shipping Policy

📦 Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–8 business days. Each glass piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

🧿 Fragile Item Handling

All hand‑blown glass balls, yard art, and display stands are shipped with protective packaging designed for fragile goods. We are not responsible for damage caused by carriers once the package has left our studio.

🔐 Adult Signature Required

To protect your purchase, all shipments require an Adult Signature (21+) upon delivery. This service is purchased by the buyer at checkout and helps prevent:

• Theft

• Weather exposure

• Delivery to minors

• Claims of “package not received”

If the buyer declines to purchase Adult Signature service, Salem’s Witch Glass is not liable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

🚚 Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the item and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

📬 Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier directly. Once a package is marked delivered, Salem’s Witch Glass cannot file claims on your behalf.

📸 Damaged Shipments

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of:

• The item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will assist with a replacement or claim if eligible.

🌍 Incorrect Addresses

Buyers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.
